What happens after you submit
The first consultation is free of charge. Submitting the form starts the process below. It is not answered with a single form-letter reply.

A confirmation email arrives immediately
The system emails a confirmation to the address you entered and attaches everything you submitted, so you have a copy to keep and check.

A person replies within one business day
The person who replies is one of the people who will work on your project. The same team stays with you from the first enquiry through to maintenance, with no handover part-way, so the first reply can already discuss concrete approaches.

The first conversation is about your process, not specifications
We start by understanding how you work today and where the process stalls, then reply with feature suggestions and an initial direction. If we assess that an off-the-shelf tool already solves the problem, we say so and explain why.

The quote comes after the scope is agreed
We issue a formal quote only once the feature list is confirmed. Pricing is based on feature scope and development hours, not fixed packages. You do not need to prepare a full specification document in advance.

A few questions people have before submitting
Will I get a sales call after submitting?
No. We assess the problem you describe before replying. Where our assessment is that the work does not need to be custom-built, we say so and explain why.
How will the information I enter be used?
Only to answer this enquiry and to follow up with you. It is not passed to third parties and is not used as a marketing list. The privacy policy sets out the details.
My requirements are not clear yet. Can I still get in touch?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a requirements interview. You do not need a full specification document in advance; describing where the work currently stalls is enough.
Can we work together if we are not in Kaohsiung?
Yes. The company is based in Kaohsiung, works across Taichung, Taipei and the rest of Taiwan, and also takes on projects in China and Southeast Asia. Interviews and progress meetings are mostly held online.
We already have a system in place. Can we still talk?
Yes. If the other system offers an API or can export data, we can connect to it. Even where the original system is completely closed, file exchange or scheduled data transfers can bridge it, so there is no need to rebuild everything.

What you use to handle this today
Excel, paper, a LINE group or an existing packaged system all count. Knowing the current setup is what tells us which steps to keep and which to change.

The problem is rarely the whole process. Identify the step that costs you most and we will suggest taking that step live first.

For example ERP, payment, logistics, a government filing platform, or data sent back from equipment on site. If the other side offers an API or can export data, we can connect to it.

How many users and how much data
User numbers and data volume shape the architecture and the permission design, and they decide whether cloud, your own servers or a mixed setup is the right choice.

When you need it live
Tell us about any date that cannot move, such as an audit, a peak season or a regulatory deadline. The timeline decides whether we build in one pass or deliver in stages.

The rough budget range
A range is enough; precision is not needed. Knowing the range is what tells us whether to build everything at once or start with the part that returns the most.
Incomplete information is no obstacle. Every engagement starts with a requirements interview, and these questions are settled there.
