Maintenance and warranty

After launch: who maintains the system, how rights are assigned, and how data is protected.

How is maintenance billed after launch?

Defects are free during the warranty; maintenance is then annual or per incident.

Who owns the source code and the data?

The system and the data are your own assets, and you are free to connect them to internal or external systems. We also recommend registering the app and the LINE Official Account in your name, so that ownership sits with you.

Will the team change part-way through the project?

No. The same team handles consultation, design, development and post-launch maintenance, with no handover part-way. Later changes and extensions therefore need no one to relearn the system, and communication costs stay lower.

If something goes wrong with the data, can it be recovered?

That is precisely why we plan backups together with restore drills. Having a backup does not mean you can recover, so alongside scheduled backups we run the restore procedure for real and confirm that the data comes back intact.

Do the case studies name clients?

Only where the client has agreed to it. Without that agreement we do not name the client; the case describes the industry, the problem and what was actually done. Your project will be treated the same way.
