What services does Will-Be Digital Studio offer?
Five: custom system development, mobile applications, AI solutions, network planning and digital marketing. Our main business is custom system development, covering ERP, CRM, approval, booking, e-commerce, corporate websites and API / IoT integration; the other four can be combined with a system project. The company is based in Kaohsiung, works across Taiwan, and takes on projects in China and Southeast Asia.
We already have a system. Can you integrate with it?
Yes, as long as the other system offers an API or can export data. We commonly integrate with payment gateways, logistics providers, government filing platforms, existing ERPs and third-party SaaS. If the original system is completely closed, it can still be linked through file exchange or scheduled exports, so adding a function does not mean rebuilding everything.
Can we work with you if we are not in Kaohsiung?
Yes. The company is based in Kaohsiung, we work across Taichung, Taipei and the rest of Taiwan, and we take on projects in China and Southeast Asia. Requirements interviews and progress meetings are mostly held online, with on-site visits arranged for the key stages such as requirements sign-off and training.
How do we get started?
It starts with a requirements interview. We look at how you work today and where it gets stuck, then propose functions and an initial direction. A formal quote follows once the scope is agreed, and you do not need a full specification document beforehand.
