TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
These terms govern how you browse and use this website. The rights and obligations of an actual project engagement are governed in every case by the contract or quotation the two parties sign separately.
Last updated 23 August 2026 This document takes effect from publication; where it is revised, the date shown on this page applies.
1. Scope
These terms govern how you browse and use the official website of Will-Be Digital Studio Co., Ltd. By using this website you agree to these terms.
These terms do not replace any project contract. The service scope, schedule, fees, acceptance and warranty of an actual project are governed by the contract or quotation the two parties sign. Where these terms conflict with the contract, the contract prevails.
2. Website content and copyright
Except where otherwise marked, the copyright in the text, images, layout design and code of this website belongs to this company or to the original licensor. They may not be reproduced, publicly transmitted, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The industries and results mentioned in the project case studies do not name the client unless the client has agreed to it. The case content is provided to illustrate how we work and may not be treated as a guarantee of results on other projects, or as a basis for inferring them.
3. Use of the contact form
The contact form is for business enquiries only. Please do not use it for advertising, harassment, distributing malicious links or any unlawful purpose, and please do not enter another person's personal data.
To prevent abuse by automated programs, the form has a submission rate limit. Repeated submissions within a short period are temporarily blocked and can be sent again shortly afterwards. Where abuse is evident, we reserve the right not to reply and to restrict access.
4. Accuracy of information and disclaimers
The service descriptions, development timelines and fee ranges on this website are general information, offered for reference on the basis of past project experience. They do not constitute an offer and are not a guarantee that they apply to your situation. What actually applies is governed in every case by the formal quotation and contract issued after a requirements interview.
The packaged-software costs in the comparison table are market reference figures shown for comparison only. They are not a quotation from us and are not an assessment of any third-party product.
5. Third-party services and links
This website contains links to and embedded content from third-party services, such as the Google Maps used to show the company's location and the LINE contact link. These services are operated by their own providers, are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and their content and behaviour are outside this company's control.
6. Website availability
This website may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, server faults or force majeure, without prior notice. This company accepts no liability for any inconvenience caused. If your enquiry does not reach us as a result, you can contact us by email or on LINE instead.
7. Quotations, payment and refunds
Quotations are estimated by feature scope and development hours, and are issued after a requirements interview and confirmation of the feature list. The following are agreed in the individual contract:
The validity period of a quotation, the payment method and instalment proportions, the treatment of late payment, and the refund conditions where a project is discontinued are all agreed in the individual contract or quotation according to the size of the project and the delivery rhythm, and are explained when the quote is issued.
8. Revisions to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version is published directly on this page and takes effect from publication.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved by the parties through good-faith negotiation; where negotiation does not succeed, the court having jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the law. Where an individual project contract provides otherwise, that provision shall apply.
