New service: an AI process review before you commit

We now offer a standalone AI process review: we map how the work is done today, say which steps suit automation and which do not, and you decide whether to go further.

Company news

The short answer

We have added a service that stands apart from our development projects: an AI process review. What you get is a written assessment saying which parts of your current work suit automation or AI, which are better left alone, and where to start if you do want to proceed. Finishing the review and deciding not to go further carries no obligation.

Why start with a review

We meet plenty of companies that open by saying they want AI, then struggle when asked what problem it should solve. Starting from the tool usually ends in a system nobody uses. Starting from the process works the other way round: find the steps that genuinely take time, repeat themselves and go wrong, then decide how to handle them. Sometimes the answer is not AI at all but changing a few fields on a form.

What the review covers

  • Interviewing each role about how the work is actually done, and recording the time and problems at each step.
  • Reviewing existing systems and data to see what is already usable and what still lives on paper or in Excel.
  • Marking the steps that can be automated and ranking them by difficulty and the time they would save.
  • Stating plainly which parts we do not recommend changing, and why, so effort does not go into low-return steps.

What the report contains

  • A diagram of the current process with the problem points marked.
  • A suggested order of work and the kind of benefit to expect at each stage.
  • What to prepare, and which technical options are viable, if development follows.

Who it suits

It suits companies that can already feel certain work taking too long but are not sure where to start, and teams with a system in place that want to confirm the next step. The review does not tie you to development with us: the report belongs to your company and you decide who acts on it.

How to book

Use the contact form on this site to tell us your industry and what you are dealing with. We will arrange an online meeting first to understand the scale, then agree the scope and schedule of the review.

LET'S TALK

Have a process problem to solve? Start with a conversation

Tell us where the work is stuck. We will say which parts are worth building and which are not, and then talk price.
